You Are In the Centre of God Daily Plan

I AM is the self-definition of the absolute, the foundation on which everything rests. I AM is the first cause-substance. I AM is the self-definition of God.
I AM hath sent me unto you.
I AM THAT I AM.
Be still and know that I AM God. By Naville Goddard

You are at the very best of God's plan - because You are God.  All that you want now or every wanted is at the centre of your imagination.   You imagination is God in you your hope of glory.  You can only be as powerful as your imagination.

What is your state of mind right now?  Regardless of what your are, your background, education or social cycle is, you can now create a more better life and living for yourself.   For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29-11.  Whatever you have planned for yourself is agreed by God, whether your plan is good or bad - it is respected by God and agreed because you are the only God that is and would ever be.  If you plan evil- evil is grantees to you in the other hand if yours plans are good - good shall you have in return.

Imagine right now You saying to yourself -  “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you.
“I will make you into a great nation,
    and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.[a]
I will bless those who bless you,
    and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you. Genesis 12 :1-3
This is what Abraham said to himself because he was a man just like you that discovered that God was himself.    You may ask but where is God. Unfortunately that is what the world is asking on a daily base.  Some are constantly questioning the existent of God, in fact some have even took the conclusion of denying truth that God excite.  Whenever you say that there is no God - You are actually denying your own very existent.  For the only God there is is You own very self - I Am.

Imagination say Albert Einstein is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attraction.
God continually worked with Abraham's visions - as in asking him to use his imagination. See -God took him outside and said, “Look up at the sky and count the stars—if indeed you can count them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring[d] be.”  Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him as righteousness. Genesis 15:5-5
Do you trust yourself?  Do you trust your own word, vision and expectations? Do you trust that God is in you and you are in God?
If you do, than you are God's friend - for You and the father, you are One.  You and God are not separated at all..........You are All God nothing else but God and only having a human experience.  You are not your body.  You are a Spirit having a bodily or worldly experience.

In the bible, there are a lot of references to your imagination. It is all images and pictures.  God does not give his glory to anyone
.
Look at this, it say that - The Lord appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day. Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground. Genesis12:1-2
Some say that you cannot see God. The truth is, many people have seen God and are seeing God everyday and even today. The truth is - if you are seeing yourself, another person, your neighbors  friends or siblings you've seen God.
There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.
Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest. Joshua1: 5-7. This is what the God in Joshua said to himself. What are you saying to yourself? What you say to yourself can either make or break you.  What are you repeating in your inner man? What are your discussion? Whatever it is that your focus on in thought or in your imagination that what you are.........
The fool[a] says in his heart,
    “There is no God.”
They are corrupt, their deeds are vile;
there is no one who does good. Psalm 14:1
You own imagination is God in you - if you deny that you deny yourself.  God is not some master being setting in one highest Conner in the skies.  God is right in you.  When you say, I Am, what you are really saying is that God.  God say to Moses, go tell Pharaoh that I Am sending me.  I Am is the very essence on God in you.
I Am is you in God and God in you.  Whatever the name given to you by your parent or guardian come after I Am.  example, I Am Naomi, I Am Joe, I Am Faith. Whatever name given you come after - I Am.
I you would right now say to yourself I am peace, peace would you be.  I am joy, joy would you be.
You are all Divine Being having a worldly experience
You have the power to a better life and an incredible life experience.
No matter the circumstance you have the power to change it to your advantage.  The world is in your hands.   However it is important that you do all things in love and through love.  For God is LOVE.
THE “LIGHT” is consciousness. Consciousness is one, manifesting in legions of forms or levels of consciousness. There is no one that is not all that is, for consciousness, though expressed in an infinite series of levels, is not divisional. There is no real separation or gap in consciousness. I AM cannot be divided. I may conceive myself to be a rich man, a poor man, a beggar man or a thief, but the center of my being remains the same regardless of the concept I hold of myself. At the center of manifestation there is only one I AM manifesting in legions of forms or concepts of itself and “I am that I am.” by Navillie Goddard
I AM is the self-definition of the absolute, the foundation on which everything rests. I AM is the first cause-substance. I AM is the self-definition of God.
I AM hath sent me unto you.
I AM THAT I AM.
Be still and know that I AM God.
"Man is all Imagination. God is Man and exists in us and we in Him . . . The Eternal Body of Man is the Imagination, that is, God, Himself" Blake
Men pay too little attention to this priceless gift—The Human Imagination—and a gift is practically nonexistent unless there is a conscious possession of it and a readiness to use it. All men possess the power to create reality, but this power sleeps as though dead, when not consciously exercised. Men live in the very heart of creation—The Human Imagination—yet are no wiser for what takes place therein. The future will not be fundamentally different from the imaginal activities of man; therefore, the individual who can summon at will whatever imaginal activity he pleases and to whom the visions of his imagination are as real as the forms of nature, is master of his fate. Excerpts from  The Law and the Promise by Neville Goddard.
Unconditioned consciousness is God, the one and only reality. By unconditioned consciousness is meant a sense of awareness; a sense of knowing that I AM apart from knowing who I AM; the consciousness of being, divorced from that which I am conscious of being. I AM aware of being man, but I need not be man to be aware of being. Before I became aware of being someone, I, unconditioned awareness, was aware of being, and this awareness does not depend upon being someone. I AM self-existent, unconditioned consciousness; I became aware of being someone; and I shall become aware of being someone other than this that I am now aware of being; but I AM eternally aware of being whether I am unconditioned formlessness or I am condit-ioned form. Excerpts from  The Law and the Promise by Neville Goddard.
There is no chance or accident responsible for the things that happen to me or the environment in which I find myself. Nor is predestined fate the author of my fortunes or misfortunes. Innocence and guilt are mere words with no meaning to the law of consciousness, except as they reflect the state of conscious-ness itself.  Excerpts from  The Law and the Promise by Neville Goddard.
The consciousness of guilt calls forth condemnation. The consciousness of lack produces poverty. Man everlastingly objectifies the state of consciousness in which he abides but he has somehow or other become confused in the interpretation of the law of cause and effect. He has forgotten that it is the inner state which is the cause of the outer manifestation,—"As within so without," and in his forgetfulness he believes that an outside God has his own peculiar reason for doing things, such reasons being beyond the comprehension of mere man; or he believes that people are suffering because of past mistakes which have been forgotten by the conscious mind; or, again, that blind chance alone plays the part of God.  Excerpts from  The Law and the Promise by Neville Goddard.
Man through his own imagination build sky scrappers, machines that fly and can take thousands of people around the world. We have made machine that allows us to talk to people around the world and now with new imagination we can even see each other while we engage in conversations   It all imagination. The picture above shows how mankind has built cites and swimming pool the overlook the city.   All by their imagination.
"One day man will realize that his own I Amness is the God he has been seeking throughout the ages, and that his own sense of awareness—his consciousness of being—is the one and only reality. " Excerpts from  The Law and the Promise by Neville Goddard.
Look at this picture - This is how far human being have used their imagination to build swimming pool in the meddle of a forest where they can go and relax and have fun.  Everything that human being have done good and bad, all starts from the imagination.  That is way Albert Einstein say that ones imagination can take them everywhere on this planet.
You are all imagination, the world you live in is all imagination.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  The same was in the beginning with God.   All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.  In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shine in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. John 1: 1-4
Before cites are built - they are first built in the imagination and the imagination is God in you. You and God are One.  "I and the Father are one.” John 10-30

Your unconditioned consciousness (JOD) is your I AM, which visualizes or images a desirable state (HE), and then becomes conscious of being the state imaged by feeling and believing itself to be the imagined state. The conscious union between you who desire and that which you desire to be, is made possible through the VAU, or your capacity to feel and believe. Believing is simply living in the feeling of actually being the state imagined—by assuming the consciousness of being the state desired. The subjective state symbolized as JOD HE VAU then objectifies itself as HE, thereby completing the mystery of the creator's name and nature, JOD HE VAU HE (Jehovah). JOD is to be aware; HE is to be aware of something; VAU is to be aware as, or to be aware of being that which you were only aware of. The second HE is your visible objectified world which is made in the image and likeness of the JOD HE VAU, or that which you are aware of being. Excerpts from Freedom for All by Neville

Imagination is the very gateway of reality. "Man," said Blake, "is either the ark of God or a phantom of the earth and of the water." "Naturally he is only a natural organ subject to Sense." "The Eternal Body of Man is The Imagination: that is God himself, The Divine Body: Jesus: we are his Members."  Excerpts from  Awakened Imaginationm & THE SEARCH by Neville
When man sees the Bible as a great psychological drama with all of its characters and actors as the personified qualities and attributes of his own consciousness, then—and then only—will the Bible reveal to him the light of its symbology. This impersonal principle of life which made all things is personified as God. This Lord God, creator of heaven and earth, is discovered to be man's awareness of being. If man were less bound by orthodoxy and more intuitively observant, he could not fail to notice in the reading of the Bibles that the awareness of being is revealed hundreds of times throughout this literature. To name a few: "I AM hath sent me unto you." "Be still and know that I AM God." "I AM the Lord and there is no God." "I AM the shepherd." "I AM the door." "I AM the resurrection and the life." "I AM the way." "I AM the beginning and the end."
Excerpts from  "Your Faith Is Your Fortune"  by Neville
I AM; man's unconditioned awareness of being is revealed as Lord and creator of every conditioned state of being. If man would give up his belief in a God apart from himself, recognize his awareness of being to be God (this awareness fashions itself in the likeness and image of its conception of itself), he would transform his world from a barren waste to a fertile field of his own liking. Excerpts from  "Your Faith Is Your Fortune"  by Neville
The law of consciousness is the only law of expression. "I AM the way." "I AM the resurrection." Consciousness is the way as well as the power which resurrects and expresses all that man will ever be conscious of being.  Excerpts from  "Your Faith Is Your Fortune"  by Neville
The awareness of being as God is stated hundreds of times in the New Testament. To name but a few: "I AM the shepherd, I AM the door; I AM the resurrection and the life; I AM the way; I AM the Alpha and Omega; I AM the beginning and the end"; and again, "Whom do you say that I AM?"
It is not stated, "I, Jesus, am the door. I, Jesus am the way," nor is it said, "Whom do you say that I, Jesus, am?" It is clearly stated, "I AM the way." The awareness of being is the door through which the manifestations of life pass into the world of form.

Consciousness is the resurrecting power – resurrecting that which man is conscious of being. Man is ever out-picturing that which he is conscious of being. This is the truth that makes man free, for man is always self-imprisoned or self-freed.
In the state of consciousness of the individual is found the explanation of the phenomena of life. If man’s concept of himself were different, everything in his world would be different. His concept of himself being what it is, everything in his world must be as it is.
Thus it is abundantly clear that there is only one I AM and you are that I AM. And while I AM is infinite, you, by your concept of yourself, are displaying only a limited aspect of the infinite I AM.  Excerpts from The Power of Awareness by Neville
In the awareness of being all things are possible, he said, "You shall decree a thing and it shall come to pass." This is his decreeing – rising in consciousness to the naturalness of being the thing desired. As he expressed it, "And I, if I be lifted up, I shall draw all men unto me." If I be lifted up in consciousness to the naturalness of the thing desired I will draw the manifestation of that desire unto me. For he states, "No man comes unto me save the father within me draws him, and I and my father are one." Therefore, consciousness is the father that is drawing the manifestations of life unto you.  Excerpts from At Your Command by Neville Goddard

90/10 Principle of life - Stephen Covey!!

The 90/10 Principle by  Stephen Covey

Discover the 90/10 Principle. It will change your life
(at least the way you react to situations). What is this principle?

10% of life is made up of what happens to you. 90% of life is decided by
how you react. What does this mean?

We really have no control over 10% of what happens to us. We cannot stop
the car from breaking down. The plane will be late arriving, which throws
our whole schedule off. A driver may cut us off in traffic. We have no
control over this 10%. The other 90% is different. You determine the other
90%.

How? By your reaction.

You cannot control a red light but you can control your reaction. Don't
let people fool you; YOU can control how you react. Let's use an example.

You are eating breakfast with your family. Your daughter knocks over a cup
of coffee onto your business shirt. You have no control over what just
happened. What happens next will be determined by how you react.

You curse. You harshly scold your daughter for knocking the cup over. She breaks down
in tears. After scolding her, you turn to your spouse and criticize her for
placing the cup too close to the edge of the table. A short verbal battle
follows. You storm upstairs and change your shirt. Back downstairs, you
find your daughter has been too busy crying to finish breakfast and get
ready for school. She misses the bus. Your spouse must leave immediately
for work.

You rush to the car and drive your daughter to school. Because you are
late, you drive 40 miles an hour in a 30 mph speed limit. After a 15-minute
delay and throwing $60 traffic fine away, you arrive at school. Your
daughter runs into the building without saying goodbye. After arriving at
the office 20 minutes late, you find you forgot your briefcase. Your day has
started terrible. As it continues, it seems to get worse and worse. You
look forward to coming home, When you arrive home, you find small wedge in
your relationship with your spouse and daughter.

Why? Because of how you reacted in the morning. Why did you have a bad day?

A) Did the coffee cause it?

B) Did your daughter cause it?

C) Did the policeman cause it?

D) Did you cause it?

The answer is “D".

You had no control over what happened with the coffee. How you reacted in
those 5 seconds is what caused your bad day. Here is what could have and
should have happened.

Coffee splashes over you. Your daughter is about to cry. You gently say,
"It's ok honey, you just need, to be more careful next time”. Grabbing a
towel you rush upstairs. After grabbing a new shirt and your briefcase, you
come back down in time to look through the window and see your child
getting on the bus. She turns and waves. You arrive 5 minutes early and
cheerfully greet the staff. Your boss comments on how good the day you are
having.

Notice the difference?

Two different scenarios. Both started the same. Both ended different. Why?

Because of how you REACTED.

You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens. The other

90% was determined by your reaction.

Here are some ways to apply the 90/10 principle.

If someone says something negative about you, don't be a sponge. Let the
attack roll off like water on glass. You don't have to let the negative
comment affect you! React properly and it will not ruin your day. A wrong
reaction could result in losing a friend, being fired, getting stressed out
etc.

How do you react if someone cuts you off in traffic? Do you lose your
temper? Pound on the steering wheel? A friend of mine had the steering
wheel fall off! Do you curse? Does your blood pressure skyrocket? Do you
try and bump them?

WHO CARES if you arrive ten seconds later at work? Why let the cars ruin
your drive? Remember the 90/10 principle, and do not worry about it.

You are told you lost your job. Why lose sleep and get irritated? It will
work out. Use your worrying energy and time into finding another job. The
plane is late; it is going to mangle your schedule for the day. Why take out
your frustration on the flight attendant? She has no control over what is
going on. Use your time to study, get to know the other passenger. Why get
stressed out? It will just make things worse.

Now you know the 90-10 principle. Apply it and you will be amazed at the
results. You will lose nothing if you try it. The 90-10 principle is
incredible. Very few know and apply this principle. The result? Millions of
people are suffering from undeserved stress, trials, problems and
heartache. We all must understand and apply the 90/10 principle. It CAN
change your life!!!

Lonliness - Where Are All the Great Men?

I am fed-up of living alone in love - I want/need someone to share my wealth with. I want to travel the world and share the beauty of nature with someone that I love and in love with.
I want to laugh with someone who can feel my laughter.
It is difficult to enjoy the beauty of this world without someone to enjoy it with.
Life was meant to be enjoyed and journey with someone beside you and you beside them.
Living life alone is a terrible and boring

“What if I were smiling and running into your arms? Would you see then what I see now?”
― Jon Krakauer, Into the Wild

You can be in the middle of a huge crowd and still be alone,
You can be in a new or long term relationship and still be lonely,
You can live a big house with a big family and still be lonely;
You can be lying beside your husband and still be lonely.
Loneliness is not being alone. It is the perception of isolation from others. For instance, even in a long term relationship or surrounded by people, you may still feel like no one really knows you. This is loneliness.

Christopher McCandless: What if I were smiling and running into your arms? Would you see then what I see now?

We all feel lonely sometimes. It’s a cue that we need to reach out to someone. It only becomes a problem when you get stuck in the loneliness trap, and don’t make personal contact with others.
“Loneliness becomes an issue of serious concern only when it settles in long enough to create a persistent, self-reinforcing loop of negative thoughts, sensations, and behaviors.” ~ John Cacioppo

There is a pleasure in the pathless woods; / There is a rapture on the lonely shore; / There is society, where none intrudes, / By the deep sea, and music in its roar; / I love not man the less, but Nature more... / - Lord Byron

Christopher McCandless: The sea's only gifts are harsh blows, and occasionally the chance to feel strong. Now I don't know much about the sea, but I do know that that's the way it is here. And I also know how important it is in life not necessarily to be strong but to feel strong. To measure yourself at least once. To find yourself at least once in the most ancient of human conditions. Facing the blind death stone alone, with nothing to help you but your hands and your own head.

“Some people feel like they don't deserve love. They walk away quietly into empty spaces, trying to close the gaps of the past.” ― Jon Krakauer, Into the Wild

Can anyone understand how it is to have lived in the White House and then, suddenly, to be living alone as the President's widow? - Jackie Kennedy

“You are wrong if you think Joy emanates only...from human relationships. God has placed it all around us...and all you have to do is reach for it.” ― Jon Krakauer, Into the Wild

Pray that your loneliness may spur you into finding something to live for, great enough to die for.- Dag Hammarskjold

“But somethings in life are more important than being happy. Like being free to think for yourself.” ― Jon Krakauer

In a study of nearly 3,500 men and women ages 30 to 65, researchers in Finland found that people who lived alone were more likely that their peers to receive a prescription for antidepressant drugs. One quarter of people living alone filled an antidepressant prescription during the seven-year study, compared to just 16% of those who lived with spouses, family, or roommates. -http://edition.cnn.com/2012/03/23/health/living-alone-depression/index.html

“Sometimes he tried too hard to make sense of the world, to figure out why people were bad to each other so often.” ― Jon Krakauer, Into the Wild

"Living alone may be considered a mental-health risk factor," says lead author Laura Pulkki-Råback, Ph.D., a lecturer at the University of Helsinki's Institute of Behavioral Sciences. The study was published today in the journal BMC Public Health.

We're all lonely for something we don't know we're lonely for. How else to explain the curious feeling that goes around feeling like missing somebody we've never even met? -- David Foster Wallace

I read somewhere... how important it is in life not necessarily to be strong, but to feel strong... to measure yourself at least once.― Jon Krakauer, Into the Wild

If you are alone you belong entirely to yourself....If you are accompanied by even one companion you belong only half to yourself, or even less, in proportion to the thoughtlessness of his conduct; and if you have more than one companion you will fall more deeply into the same plight. - Leonardo da Vinci

The loneliest it gets is when the wind begins to chill and when I sit atop of your old street, the church top brings a still ness to me, there's nothingI would rather do, than have my heart broken by you.- Lifetime

There's a cold wind blowing softly through a narrow, dark ravine. A sound is heard, soft and everywhere, like the rustle of silk. It echoes from every dismal reaching corner of the abyss, and whispers of the aching loneliness within the crevasse.  A cold, blue-white light transcends an aura of weird lifelessness to the jagged rocks of the cleft walls.  There appears a soul within all of this, like a thin frail mist, congealing within its center -- a tiny translucent gray cloud. - Ralph Kenyon, 1962

Living alone has its charm and should not be underestimated. There is something supremely liberating about not having to answer to anyone and living your life exactly how you want to. Whether you have a roommate, partner or spouse, the decision to live alone has a number of benefits. Here are 8 reasons why I like living alone.

Time takes it all, whether you want it to or not. Time takes it all, time bears it away, and in the end there is only darkness. Sometimes we find others in that darkness, and sometimes we lose them there again.- Stephen King, "The Green Mile" ( ? )

“The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.” ― Jon Krakauer

Theres nothing terribly wrong with feeling lost, so long as that feeling precedes some plan on your part to actually do something about it. Too often a person grows complacent with their disillusionment, perpetually wearing their "discomfort" like a favorite shirt. - Jhonen Vasquez

To dare to live alone is the rarest courage; since there are many who had rather meet their bitterest enemy in the field, than their own hearts in their closet. - Charles Caleb Colton

We're all lonely for something we don't know we're lonely for. How else to explain the curious feeling that goes around feeling like missing somebody we've never even met? - David Foster Wallace

The end comes when we no longer talk with ourselves. It is the end of genuine thinking and the beginning of the final loneliness. The remarkable thing is that the cessation of the inner dialogue marks also the end of our concern with the world around us. It is as if we noted the world and think about it only when we have to report it to ourselves. - Eric Hoffer

I know the night is not the same as the day: that all things are different, that the things of the night cannot be explained in the day, because they do not then exist, and the night can be a dreadful time for lonely people once their loneliness has started.- Ernest Hemingway, "A Farewell To Arms" ( ? )

At the innermost core of all loneliness is a deep and powerful yearning for union with one's lost self.

I've been living by myself for 18 months, because when you're in your mid-30s, life without flatmates is easier and simpler for everything except playing SingStar. But it can be tough adjusting to a solo existence, which is why I've prepared this invaluable guide.

A woman who is willing to be herself and pursue her own potential runs not so much the risk of loneliness, as the challenge of exposure to more interesting men - and people in general. - Lorraine Hansberry

The whole conviction of my life now rests upon the belief that loneliness, far from being a rare and curious phenomenon, peculiar to myself and to a few other solitary men, is the central and inevitable fact of human existence. - Thomas Wolfe

I have been thinking more and more that I shall always be a lone wanderer of the wilderness. God, how the trail lures me. You cannot comprehend its resistless fascinatioin for me. After all, the lone trail is the best…I’ll never stop wandering. And when time comes to die, I’ll find the wildest, loneliest, most desolate spot there is. --Everett Ruess

“Everett was a loner, but he liked people too damn much to stay down there and live in secret the rest of his life. A lot of us are like that: We like companionship, see, but we can’t stand to be around people for very long. So we go get ourselves lost, come back for awhile, then get the hell out again.”
- Ken Sleight talking about Everett Ruess

It is easy when you are young, to believe that what you desire is no less than what you deserve, to assume that if you want something badly enough, it is your God-given right to have it. When I decided to go to Alaska that April, like Chris McCandless, I was a raw youth who mistook passion for insight and acted according to an obscure, gap-ridden logic. I thought climbing Devils Thumb would fix all that was wrong with my life. In the end, of course, it changed almost nothing. But I came to appreciate that mountains make poor receptacles for dreams.”
“He is mad about being small when you were big, but no, that’s not it, he is mad about being helpless when you were powerful, but no, not that either, he is mad about being contingent when you were necessary, not quite it, he is insane because when he loved you, you didn’t notice.” - Donald Barthelme “The Dead Father”

Think of our life in nature- daily to be shown matter, to come in contact with it – rocks, trees, wind on our cheeks! the solid earth! the actual world! the common sense! Contact! Contact! Who are we? where are we? - H.D.Thoreau. Ktaadn

For most of life, nothing wonderful happens. If you don't enjoy getting up and working and finishing your work and sitting down to a meal with family or friends, then the chances are that you're not going to be very happy. If someone bases his happiness or unhappiness on major events like a great new job, huge amounts of money, a flawlessly happy marriage or a trip to Paris, that person isn't going to be happy much of the time. If, on the other hand, happiness depends on a good breakfast, flowers in the yard, a drink or a nap, then we are more likely to live with quite a bit of happiness.- Andy Rooney

I don't want to be like this at the age - Now I am in my 40s and time seem to be running out speedily.  I wake up day after day praying that someone will come along to be a companion, friend and life-long partner.
I wake up wishing for that day that that lovely and special man would walk into my life knowing that he sincerely want what I wants - Together to live happily ever after.

5 Ways to Free Yourself from the Loneliness Trap
Don’t settle in the loneliness trap. Know you can free yourself. You can break down your own barriers again and again. In Dr. Cacioppo’s book, he presents 4 steps to “EASE into social connection.”

E = Extend Yourself – Experiment with getting “small doses of positive sensations that come from social interactions.” Pick safe places to experiment, such as in public, with strangers, or volunteering. Make contact with others without expecting anything in return.

A = Action Plan – Detail how you can change your thoughts, expectations, and behaviors toward others. Knowing you can do something different is empowering.

S = Selection – Choose where to invest your social energy. Identify how many relationships you want to invest in and where you want to meet people.

E = Expect the Best – If making contact doesn’t work out each time, don’t overanalyze it. Expect the best will develop over time. Don’t get hung up on one encounter.

I’m adding #5: Interrupt Worry – When you manage your worry better, you will be more open to making meaningful contact with others, both selected and unexpected. Clear out the negative, so you can give and receive.
